The Mobile Dispatch AMSmDIS application combines three convenient sub-functions:

  • Mobile Purchase Order Transmission AMSmPOT
    Create images the purchase order papers when picking up the goods from the customer. These are then available to the incoming goods office in real time for purchase order clarification, pre-production planning and upstream order entry. The goods are (pre-)recorded in EDP even before they reach the company. Technical consultations can be held earlier with the customer. Equipment occupancy can be estimated even more easily and short-term high work volumes in incoming goods are avoided. Peak recording times are avoided.

  • Mobile Bill of Lading AMSmBL
    With the Mobile Bill of Lading AMSmBL you can:
    · Create and print delivery lists or dispatch documents and send them by e-mail
    · Have them confirmed by the recipient
    · Create images of bill of lading, delivery notes, test certificates, pick-up service, or outsourcing as documentation.
    This saves time in dispatch processing while increasing the quality of shipping.

  • Mobile Goods Transfer to End Customer AMSmGT
    With the Mobile Goods Transfer to End Customer AMSmGT, the recipient confirms the receipt of the goods on site. Receipt confirmations are stored in AMS via mobile data. This results in a previously unachieved goods tracking and container tracking, which extends to the receipt of goods by your end customer. Inquiries about delivery dates can be accurately communicated to the end customer during delivery.

Mobile Stock Keeping AMSmSK

With Mobile Stock Keeping AMSmSK you can organize your warehouse quickly and effectively: Classic warehouse processes such as storage, removal from storage, stock correction, or inventory can be easily carried out and documented on site. Stock items can be recorded as images.
Are you looking for a specific article in your warehouse? Search your inventory with intuitive search criteria, such as job item, article descriptions, storage location, or packaging. The locations of the articles found are highlighted in color on your mobile device. Time-consuming manual searching in the warehouse is a thing of the past.

Mobile Production Data Capture AMSmPDC

AMSmPDC offers the benefit of documenting loads on site in the production area, assigning load composition images, processing loads in progress, or displaying a load list per system. Thanks to AMS‘s unique TAM interface, the appropriate heat treatment process or coating cycle for the product from pre-quality planning is used and transferred directly to the approved machine after a safety confirmation on the mobile device.

Your benefit: The optimal treatment program reaches the equipment directly. Traceability and documentation are guaranteed, equipment operators can complete their tasks on the spot without any inconvenient location changes.

Mobile Production Overview AMSmPO

The Mobile Production Overview AMSmPO provides a department-oriented view of the work situation in a Kanban style and provides a simple overview of the current production situation. Thanks to the unique link with the equipment control and the TAM interface, the current status of the equipment is displayed in conjunction with the equipment assignment. Numerous filter options according to treatment instructions, status and quick quick deadline as well as sorting options, e.g., by delivery date, simplify the overview of production jobs. In addition, AMSmPO shows in color whether there are restrictions for the charging/production or delivery of the goods.
It is recommended that the Mobile Production Overview AMSmPO be displayed on TFT screens due to the information provided.

Mobile Image Generation AMSmIMG

In addition to the embedded image generation function in other mobile applications, Mobile Image Generation AMSmIMG enables situational image capturing in the factory. Use the camera of your mobile device for fast image documentation of relevant production situations, save images in the cache memory and/or assign the images to the following functions:

Mobile Maintenance Book AMSmMB

The Mobile Maintenance Book AMSmMB is an indispensable tool for the maintenance technicians. It enables easy recording and documentation of maintenance tasks in the field. Maintenance personnel can record their working hours, record equipment downtime, report maintenance tasks due, and document material consumptions.
In addition to that, images and comments can be recorded, maintenance tasks easily documented and completed maintenance can be verified and systems released for use.

Mobile Workbench AMSmOSWB

The Mobile (extended) workbench AMSmOSWB transmits the re-entry of externally assigned goods into the company. Recording data is simply done on the mobile device and is stored directly in AMS. Goods are recorded in the incoming goods department by using the barcode scanner and automatically assigned to the previously created external assignment item in AMS with the delivery date. By creating images of the goods, the delivery status after the return can be documented.

Your benefit: Rapidly record outsourced articles and support of quality management through documentation. A consistent supplier evaluation for purchase order items and outsourced services becomes possible.

Mobile Planning Table AMSmPT

The Mobile Planning Table AMSmPT shows the planned jobs for the respective equipment and transmits the current planning to the production staff: The overview shows different time intervals, assets, plan elements, and job item details.

If a load is in actively being processed, it is highlighted in color. The connection with the process control system technology enables a constant comparison between planning and real production. It is recommend that the AMSmPT Mobile Planning Table is to be used with TFT screens/televisions in the department (e.g. with the AMS Airport View option).

Mobile Goods Receipt Control AMSmGRC

With the AMSmGRC Mobile Goods Receipt Control, information about quantity and weight of the goods can be done on the mobile device incoming goods department and transmitted to the previously created job item. This enables a quick reaction to differences between the delivered goods and the job. The items can be easily scanned by barcode and assigned to the job. Counting and weighing processes within the process chain can also be integrated intuitively and reliably in this way.

Your benefit: Direct control of the delivered goods upon arrival. Differences can be recorded immediately and counting/weighing operations can be carried out easily.

Licenses Required to Operate the Mobile Applications:

Each mobile application uses its own AMSmBasis license.

Our specialists take care of installing the required stationary basic AMS program for you.
Using numerous mobile AMS functions becomes possible with by purchasing the respective license.

Some mobile functions also require a stationary counterpart in order to be fully operational. For example, the AMSMB Maintenance Book is the basis for the Mobile Maintenance Book AMSmMB, the AMSPT Planning Table for the Mobile Planning Table AMSmPT, etc
